Heather Kinney started at Shakley Mechanical in January 2005 as an Office Assistant/Service Scheduling and Dispatcher. She is responsible for maintaining the schedule for all of the service work. Heather also prepares job and maintenance agreement proposals for estimators review, maintains the filing system, prepares installation packets for the Residential Manager, updates customer files, and handles customer calls.

Heather is a 1996 graduate of Ashland High School. Before coming to Shakley Heather worked at a couple of banks in Ashland and also approximately 4 years at Ferrellgas Propane.
